Seafood restaurant is hiring a kitchen chef. Experience with seafood is not required. Located over 2 hours from Chicago. The restaurant opens at 12 PM and closes one day a week. Small place, stable business, semi-retirement restaurant. The boss is from Northeast China, and the staff are easy to get along with. Salary and benefits can be discussed over the phone.
